Can I do too much red light therapy?

Yes. While there is no negative effects to getting too much red light, the results will disappear if you get too much. Same if you do not get enough. There is a sweet spot in the middle that you should aim to hit. Most studies show that 5-10 minutes a day is adequate. This is highly independent on the individual. Play around with it and see what feels best!
