Why do some of the LEDs look like they are not working?
We use both red and near-infrared LEDs in all our devices. Near-infrared light is virtually invisible for the human eye. It may appear dim and pinkish, but this light is extremely beneficial to your body.
Why is my panel not lighting up after I’ve set it up as recommended? Why is the second Luminousred light unit not lighting up? Why is it not being controlled by the first panel?
Please check if you’ve fully pushed the power cord into the wall socket all the way. Another test would be plugging it into another wall socket. If the panel still is not lighting up, check if the power switches on the back of the devices are turned on “I”. Lastly, please check if the plug inlet from the power cord and the connection from the brain are pushed all the way in. If you’re still having trouble feel free to contact us via FB or IG and we’ll make sure to find a solution.
